Mechanism

CO₂ is absorbed mainly through tissue fluid. It easily reaches vessels, and even muscles and nerves. Cosmetic and medical effects are obtained quickly and easily.

CO₂ dilates vessels and increases blood flow. It also increases oxygen release from hemoglobin. Released oxygen is absorbed by tissue cells, and activates their metabolism. With more oxygen, tissue re-generation is more accelerated than usual.
